Goal Oriented

The first stage of developing a plan is working with you to determine your goal. Breaking down the physical components of your goal, and using contemporary techniques, we analyse your strengths and weaknesses to determine what is required to achieve the desired result.  ie increase speed, improve strength, more endurance, better skills, lose weight, or some combination of the above.



There is no point developing a plan that you don’t have the time or resources to follow. We help you determine what you can realistically achieve and develop plans that will maximize the results you can achieve with the time and resources you have available.


The level of detail in a training plan depends upon how much support you require. We can develop an overall plan for the season or we can develop a detailed weekly training schedule and monitor your result data and your feedback on a regular basis and use it to fine tune your training. This can be done on a weekly or monthly basis depending on the package that best suits your needs and helps keep you accountable.



You need to know if your plan is working so it needs to have regular testing that is based on your goals to ensure that you are achieving your outcomes. We work with you to develop your personalised testing regime that is appropriate for the goals you have set.
