DYNAFIT™

 

You don’t need to be an athlete to train like an athlete. The Dynamic Motivation DynaFIT program is a full body athleticism program centered around the IGNITE360 methodology. Many adults are more disconnected from their bodies than they realise. Most traditional gyms do not address all the requirements an adult may need to function in the healthiest and most effective way. Through DynaFit and the Ignite360 program, improvements in strength, balance and movement are at the forefront of the training process. The program centers on focusing on interconnecting muscles creating a higher level of muscle balance. This lowers the risk of injury and sports related injury considerably. It also increases what is known as “the metabolic cost” of the exercise helping with cardio fitness as well as weight loss. Dynamic Motivation provides the DynaFit experience in small classes, thus significantly increasing personal coaching time. Sessions are run both outdoors and indoors at our Kambah health facility. 

 

 

BIKEFIT™

 

BIKEFIT™ is Dynamic Motivation’s highly acclaimed 1 hour group exercise program designed for mountain bikers, road cyclists or those wanting a fun, highly engaging cardio workout. Group sessions are kept small and clients are met with regularly, one on one, to set personal goals and assess progress. The indoor version of this program is conducted as a truly unique spin class with Trixter MTB Spin Bikes. These mountain bike spin style classes are held riding to video footage of actual mountain biking trails. This program is fun and truly addictive. Being conducted from the Dynamic Motivation Kambah studio means bad weather is not an issue.
